Ana Pacheco was born in Lisbon (1983), concluding Advanced Architecture Studies Master in 2009, at Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias, Lisbon.

Was awarded, in 2010, with a Internship Grant, by the prestigious program InovArt by the Portuguese Government, which is given to 200 young professionals from a wide range of cultural and art fields to have an inthernship abroad. Therefore, since June 2010 to December 2010 was working at Henning Stummel Architects, Ltd., London, where developed a great sort of skills and awarenesses about the building regulations in the UK.

In 2007-2008 increases her academic graduation through Erasmus Program, in Eindhoven, Netherlands, at Technische Universiteit Eindhoven.

With the experience in the Netherlands, begun the need to understand how industrial areas can be regenerated in the city / urban context. Therefore, writes the Master Thesis upon this theme, taking as a case study and project the LX Factory industrial area, placed in Alcântara, Lisbon.

In May of 2010 is invited to exhibit her investigation work in LX Factory area, through an exposition and a presentation. This exhibition was developed based on the main concepts that guided all the investigation and, consequently, the proposed project, expressed on the expositive module.

Through the Inov Art Program, created by Direcção Geral das Artes - Portuguese Culture Ministry, is awarded with an Internship Scholorship developed in London, at Henning Stummel Architects, from 31st May to 31.st December 2010.


Through an invintation by Betterworld Company (Rock in Rio Lisbon producer), with a group of university coleagues, develops a cultural revitalization proposal for an old Theaters Complex - Parque Mayer, in Lisbon.

The Municipality of Alcanena and the University Direction - Dr. Mário Moutinho, invite a small group of architecture students, in which takes part, to project two museums (Costumes and Ecomuseum) as part of the City's Museum Network


Is selected to present the Final Project - Fine Arts Faculty, Ajuda, Lsiboa - for the Secil Universidades Competition, in which is among the final works.


In 2007 and 2008 is awarded with two Honor Scholorships by Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologia, Lisbon.
